This is an excellent superior hotel, situated next door to the world famous Selfridges department store. The medium sized lobby area has marbled floors and a wood panelled reception desk, while the lounge features leather furniture and a marble staircase leading to the first floor. The guest rooms vary in size. All are elegantly furnished in deep colours with polished wooden surfaces and modern facilities. Bathrooms feature black and white marble and are in excellent condition. There are two restaurants: one features intimate alcoves and offers an international menu, while the other has a more relaxed and informal atmosphere, serving light meals and snacks.
