The hotel & staff were excellent. The only thing that was not at all satisfactory was the service at breakfast. We had to keep requesting for basic things eg. coffee/tea , butter etc. food running out at the counter. Staff were very busy trying to cover ALL sections so customers were kept waiting. Perhaps if each staff member was allocated a particular job things would run smoothly.

Hotel is ideal for travelling around London, only 5 minutes walk to Marble Arch Tube Station. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Only little thing we didn't find great was the breakfast experience. There could have been more staff on as we had to wait for anything we asked for and sometimes had to ask twice. We noticed other guests had the same experience. However, this did not detract the fact that this is a great hotel and was ideal for our purposes.

Great atmosphere - down to pleasant staff. great value bar snacks, the best sandwich and chips we've had in a long time. Great location for Oxford St. and Marble Arch tube
