entrance and public areas beautiful but rooms and bathrooms could do with an upgrade. Breakfast with lovely selection and accomodating staff in nicely decorated dining room. Room service menu affordable with friendly staff to deliver. Nicely located near Selfridges, Oxford Street shopping and Bond street station with central and jubilee line.
